🛠️ Scope of Work
  1. Execution of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programs with Bridge Courses under BSDM.
  2. Selected agencies must:
    1. Register each RPL location as a Skill Development Center (SDC) on BSDM portal or a specified platform.
    2. Follow end-to-end process including:
      1. Candidate registration
      2. Batch formation
      3. Attendance monitoring
      4. Assessment & Certification

  2. BSDM holds the right to accept/reject/cancel proposals without assigning reasons.
  3. All conditions are subject to modification through addendum/corrigendum by BSDM.
