Eligibility Criteria Highlights:
- Entity Type: Registered NGO/VO/Agency legally registered in India.
- Experience: Minimum 5 projects in Watershed/NRM/Livelihood sector (at least one watershed project).
- Turnover: Minimum cumulative turnover of ₹200 lakhs in last 5 years.
- Community Mobilization: Experience in forming 100+ CBOs, conducting 100+ capacity building trainings, and establishing 50+ credit linkages.
- Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Registration: NGO Darpan registration (NITI Aayog), GST, PAN, TAN, IT returns (last 5 years).
- EMD: ₹20,000 to be submitted via e-procurement portal.
Scope of Work:
- Base line surveys, Net Planning & DPR preparation using mobile & web apps.
- Awareness programs (Jatha, PRA, Wall painting etc.).
- SHG/UG/FPO formation, training, and grading.
- Identification and support for IGA activities.
- Bank linkages and federation with NRLM.
- Monthly progress reports and final project report submission.
Proposal Format:

- Financial Proposal (only service charge as % of salary component, minimum 1%)
Evaluation Criteria:
- Minimum 75 marks in Technical Evaluation to qualify for Financial Bid opening.
- Evaluation based on experience, project count, turnover, CBO formation, FPO promotion, IGA and credit linkage experience.
