Expression of Interest (EOI)
Under the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP), activities under the NGO/PP Scheme are to be implemented effectively in the Sukma district. For this, expressions of interest are invited from NGOs registered within the Bastar Division.

- EOI Submission Deadline: By 24.07.2025 (within 21 days from today)
- Proposal Opening Date: 25.07.2025

✅ Eligibility Criteria and Conditions for Engagement:
- NGO must be registered for at least 3 years under:
- Indian Societies Registration Act
- Indian Trusts Act
- Indian Religious & Charitable Act
- Companies Act
- NGO/PP must be registered on the NGO Darpan Portal of the Government of India.
- Priority will be given to NGOs with prior experience in health sector activities.
- Staff engaged under NGO/PP must have Lab Technology qualifications from recognized institutes (approved by Govt. of Chhattisgarh) and minimum 1 year experience in the health sector.
- Selected NGO staff will be provided 3-day training related to lab technician duties under the TB program.
- Performance monitoring of NGO staff will be done monthly by district authorities. Presence of lab technician on-site is mandatory.
- Application must include:
- NGO registration proof
- Audit reports of last 3 years
- Experience certificates
- Photographs of previous activities
- Lab technician must perform other essential lab tests besides TB-related tasks.
- Monthly reports must be submitted to the District TB Office, Sukma by the 1st of each month via hard copy or email at dtoeyskmvwrntep.org.
- Maximum honorarium per lab technician is ₹14,000/month. NGO will also receive an additional 10% as overhead cost.
- In case of a tie between multiple NGOs, preference will be given on the basis of:
- Experience in health sector
- Lab technician registration with CG Paramedical Council
- Local presence of NGO and technician
- NGO representative must attend monthly district review meetings with progress reports.
- Each selected NGO must deploy at least 1 lab technician.
- In case of unsatisfactory work, the contract can be terminated with notice.
- NGO will be fully under the supervision of the District TB Elimination Committee.
- NGO must maintain a waiting list of 1–2 technicians post-deployment.
- Contract is valid only for the specified period; it will terminate automatically upon expiry.
- Monthly pay data must be submitted by the 1st of each month for verification and payment processing.
- NGOs must disburse staff salaries monthly; 10% overhead will be paid to the NGO in addition to the salary amount.
- Any disputes during the selection process will be resolved at the discretion of the tender committee.
- The committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the selection procedure.
