🔹 Scope of Work
Empanelment of consulting agencies to support:
- Development of Capacity Building Plans (CBPs) for Ministries/Departments/Organizations (MDOs) and States
- Implementation support under Mission Karmayogi
The empaneled agencies will work under a Framework Agreement (FA) and will participate in Secondary Procurements (Call-off contracts) to deliver assignment-specific CBPs.
