  2. Minimum infrastructure and staff requirements per category.
  3. Must meet student enrollment criteria for license renewal:
    1. A: 300 students in 3 years
    2. B: 200 students
    3. C: 100 students
    4. D: 60 students
  4. Application must include:
    1. Infrastructure and staff details
    2. Business history and experience
    3. Valid registration, GST, PAN, and photos
    4. ₹100 affidavit on authenticity of data
