💼 Scope of Work:
- Conduct Business Communication and Soft Skills Training for different UPMRC staff categories:
- Frontline staff: Station Controller/Train Operator, Customer Relations Assistant
- Junior Engineers
- Assistant Managers (middle management)
- Each training batch: 60 hours / 10 days
- Topics include: Grooming, Corporate Etiquette, Communication, Customer Service, Team Building, Business Writing, Digital Meetings, etc.
- Batch size: ~40 participants
- Location: On-site at UPMRC, Lucknow
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Who can apply:
- Universities/Institutions affiliated to AICTE/UGC with relevant training departments
- Agencies experienced with government, transport, metro, hospitality, or corporate sector trainings
- Experience:
- Trained at least 500 candidates over the past 5 years in 30-hour soft skills/business communication/hospitality-related courses
- Trainers:
- Each trainer must have minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Mandatory Documents:
- GST, PAN, Income Tax registration
- Proof of past trainings
- Digital signature (Class-II/III) for e-tender portal
💰 Fees & Payment:
- Tender Fee: ₹5,900 (Non-refundable, via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- EMD (Bid Security): ₹77,300
- Performance Security: 10% of total contract value, to be submitted within 30 days of LoA
- Payments: Batch-wise after completion and submission of invoices

- Financial bid (BOQ) to be uploaded in Excel format
- Minimum guaranteed trainees: 100
