📘 Scope of Work
- Conduct 6 training programs:
- 2 EDPs/MDPs for women-led entrepreneurship
- 2 MDPs for women entrepreneurs
- 2 MDPs for SC/ST entrepreneurs
- Each training program:
- 3 days duration
- 30 participants per batch
- Modules include:
- Business planning, marketing, financial literacy, registration, legal compliance, sustainability, and leadership
- Institutions must handle:
- Boarding/lodging
- Venue, training kits, food
- Certification and reporting

💰 Financial Details
- Tender Fee: ₹11,800 (Incl. GST) – Online payment
- EMD: ₹2,50,000 – Online payment (refundable)
- Performance Bank Guarantee: 5% of contract value
