🛠️ Scope of Work (Execution Roadmap)
  1. Set up a training lab with infrastructure & software, owned by institute after training 100 students.
  2. Provide curriculum, training delivery (offline/online), and faculty training.
  3. Use institute’s or vendor’s LMS to track training.
  4. Help students prepare for global certifications and connect to industry for jobs/internships.
  5. Prototype projects to be executed using the lab.
  6. Post one year: lab & software to be transferred to institute without extra cost.
📋 Eligibility Criteria (Pre-Qualification)
  1. Legal Entity: Registered company/LLP/Trust/NGO/Society or sole proprietor with GST.
  2. Not blacklisted anywhere in India.
  3. IPR rights of training content.
  4. Commitment for free updates to syllabus as per NEP 2020.
  5. Experienced Trainers with 15+ years in academics/industry (preferably with PhD).
  6. Capability to provide demonstration on short notice.
  7. Operational readiness to ensure delivery & support.
📝 All documents and undertakings must be attached in Envelope-1 (Technical Bid).
📚 Technical Requirements
  1. Setup & maintain AI-DS-ML lab for 1 year.
  2. Supply teaching platforms, software, certifications (Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, etc.).
  3. Provide hands-on training + faculty training (2 faculty).
  4. Submit curriculum aligned with NEP 2020 (modules include ML, Deep Learning, GANs, Edge AI, etc.)
  5. Training to be completed in 1 year for students from multiple branches (IT, Mechanical, Civil, etc.)

📅 Important Dates
  1. Bid Validity: 90 days from commercial bid opening
  2. Project Duration: 1 year
  3. Liquidated Damages: 0.5% of contract value per week (max 10%) for delays
✅ Final Selection
  1. Govt. College of Engineering, Karad reserves full right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
  2. Selected bidder must hand over lab and equipment post training without extra cost.
