💰 Tender Fees & EMD:

  3. Financial Bid Evaluation Weightage:
    1. Technical: 70%
    2. Financial: 30% (as per QCBS formula)
✅ Eligibility & Documents Required:
  1. Location: Institute must be within ~35 km of Nashik ZP HQ.
  2. Registration: Valid registration; not blacklisted; no court disputes.
  3. Infrastructure:
    1. Separate hostels for boys & girls
    2. Classrooms, labs, library, internet, generator
    3. CCTV, fire safety, security guard, drinking water
    4. Tabs/Laptops for academic use (1:1 ratio with students)
  4. Faculty:
    1. Permanent faculty for JEE/NEET coaching
    2. List of previous students qualified in JEE/NEET for 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
  5. Approvals/Certificates:
    1. Food quality certificate from FDA
    2. Hostel safety certificate from Executive Engineer (ZP)
    3. GST Registration and filed returns for 3 years
  6. Financial Capacity:
    1. CA-certified balance sheets (2023-24 & 2024-25)
    2. Undertaking of financial capability in case of funding delay
📘 Scope of Work:
  1. Provide end-to-end support including:
    1. Academic coaching for JEE/NEET
    2. Study material & creative learning aids
    3. Residential lodging & meals
    4. Security, transport, and medical facilities
    5. Library, science & computer labs
    6. Weekly and monthly academic evaluations
📊 Evaluation Process:
  1. Technical Evaluation: Based on infrastructure, experience, academic results, etc. (Max: 100 marks)
  2. Financial Evaluation: Based on BOQ quoted rate per student
  3. Final Score (S) = 70% Technical Score (ST) + 30% Financial Score (SF)
  4. Highest Combined Score (S) will be selected as H-1 bidder
