Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in India as of RFP date. Capability: Must design & deliver customized training content aligned with the bank's processes. Faculty: Should have qualified trainers including ex-bankers. Infrastructure: Ability to deliver programs using LMS/data systems for impact measurement. No subcontracting allowed. 🧮 Technical Evaluation Criteria (Total 100 Marks | Minimum 45 Required): Criterion Marks Training experience across 2+ sectors (e.g. Banks, NBFCs, PSUs) Max 30 L&D Projects worth ₹25L+ in last 5 years Max 10 Years of establishment (5–15+ yrs) Max 20 Avg.
