📍 Project Scope:
APSSDC intends to conduct German language training (Levels A1 to B2) for nursing students across 13 Govt. Nursing Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Training partners are to:
- Deploy certified trainers (B2/C1 level proficiency)—one per college.
- Design curriculum and provide study material (physical & digital).
- Deliver offline classroom-based training (6 hrs/day).
- Provide access to LMS and coordinate assessments, reporting, and certification.
- Prepare students for Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certification exams.
🏫 List of Training Locations (13 Nursing Colleges):
- Kurnool, Tirupati, Eluru, Nellore, Vijayawada, Srikakulam, Machilipatnam, Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Guntur, Anantapur, Kadapa, Ongole
📑 Eligibility Criteria (Pre-Qualification):
- Legal Entity: Registered firm/company/LLP/partnership (3+ years).
- Turnover: Minimum ₹2 Cr average annual turnover (FY 2022–25).
- Experience: 2+ years in foreign language training, with 1+ year in German language training.
- Not blacklisted: Declaration required.
- Local Presence: Head office in India and sub-branch in Andhra Pradesh.
📌 Documents Required:
- Incorporation certificate, PAN, GST
- CA-certified financials & turnover certificate
- Proof of German language training experience (enrollment, certification data)
- Trainer profiles & certifications (B2/C1 level)
- Self-declaration for non-blacklisting
- Office address proof in AP
🧮 Evaluation Methodology (QCBS):
- Technical Score – 70%, Financial – 30%
- Minimum 70 marks in technical to qualify
- Technical parameters include:
- Years of experience
- No. of candidates trained
- Turnover
- Technical Presentation
💰 Fees & Financials:
- EMD: ₹5,00,000 (Refundable)
- Bid Processing Fee: ₹20,000 (Non-refundable via DD)
- Performance Security: 3% of Contract Value (Bank Guarantee)
- Payment Terms (Milestone-based):
- 5% on commencement
- 15% on A1 completion (90% pass)
- 20% on A2 completion
- 25% on B1 completion
- 35% on B2 completion (min. 70% pass)
