📋 Eligibility Criteria & Required Documents
- Training institute within 35 km radius of ZP Nashik
- Must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation
- Board resolution from the institute supporting Super-50 scheme
- Availability of:
- Projectors, computers, creative learning tools
- Accommodation for 100 students
- Separate hostel for boys and girls
- Adequate teaching and support staff
- Infrastructure:
- Computer lab with internet
- Library and science labs (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- Canteen with food quality certificate
- Fire safety, CCTV, security guards
- Clean drinking water and toilets
- First aid and emergency medical info displayed
- Past experience:
- JEE/NEET success records (2022–2025)
- Minimum qualified students will fetch marks
📦 Scope of Work
The bidder must ensure:
- Academic coaching for JEE/NEET (with expert permanent faculty)
- Study material, textbooks, and tabs/laptops
- Residential facilities with food, sanitation, and security
- Transport and medical facilities
- Weekly performance tracking and mentoring
🧾 Financial Bid
- Quotation required per student including:
- Tuition, boarding, lodging, study material, facilities
- All applicable taxes (GST, transport, etc.)
- Must be uploaded in the prescribed BOQ format
- Bidders must not modify BOQ format
🛑 Other Conditions
- Bidder must sign and stamp all uploaded documents
- Penalty of 0.5% per week will be applied for delay in training completion
- Only technically qualified bidders’ financial bids will be opened
- ZP Nashik reserves the right to reject or modify tender without notice
