1. Honorarium per trainee: As per MSDE Common Norms (currently ₹53.90/hour)
2. Performance Security: 5% of contract value (BG/FDR/TDR)
3. Payment Terms:
   1. RPL Mode: 100% after certification
   2. STT Mode:
      1. 30% after training start + plinth-level construction
      2. 70% after full construction + certification

1. Deliver rural mason training in theory (20%) and on-site practical (80%)
2. Mobilization of trainees, site preparation, tools & materials
3. Maintain attendance, assist in stipend disbursement
4. Conduct mock assessments
5. Coordinate with assessing bodies (CSDCI/DGT)
6. Submit regular progress reports and photo/video documentation

1. Training must follow latest PMAY-G, CSDCI, and GoA guidelines
2. No subcontracting allowed
3. Department reserves right to issue or withhold work orders
4. Late training start will incur penalties (0.2% per day, up to 5%)
