🔹 Financial Details:
- EMD:

- Payment Terms:

- 50% after completion & toolkit distribution
🔹 Project Components:
- Training Duration: 10 days (80 hours)
- Batch Size: Max 60 trainees per batch
- Toolkits Distribution Includes:
- Tailoring kit
- Stationery (pen, pad, bag, etc.)
- Certification
- Additional Support: Registration on MSME, GST, Trade License, Startup India
🔹 Technical Evaluation Criteria (100 Marks):
- Existence of Organization: 25 marks
- Presence in 5 BTR Districts: 10 marks
- Turnover (3Cr+ to 5Cr+): 25 marks
- Skill Training + Toolkit Distribution: 20 marks
- Experience with BTC Projects: 20 marks
- Minimum qualifying marks: 70%
🔹 Important Notes:
- Both technical and financial bids to be submitted online.
- Hard copy of technical bid also to be submitted at BTC, Kokrajhar office.
- Affidavit, Bank solvency, attendance, photographic evidence, and proper documentation are mandatory for billing and verification.
- Strict guidelines for rejection, penalties, and blacklisting in case of delays, poor performance, or misrepresentation.
