2. Must have:

   3. OR 3 similar works of ₹6.2 lakhs (40%)
3. Annual Turnover of at least ₹6.2 lakhs for FY 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24
4. Qualified trainers from IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, etc.
5. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar services
6. MSME-registered firms are exempt from EMD but must submit valid proof

1. Customised career development workshops for ~55 PGPEx students (with 5–12 years of work experience)
2. Services include:
   1. 2 Foundation Sessions
   2. 10 Domain-Specific Career Conversations
   3. Resume, LinkedIn & Case Prep Workshops
   4. 3 Mock Interviews per participant
   5. 2 One-on-one Career Guidance Sessions
   6. Personal grooming, resume reviews
3. Sessions in both physical (mandatory for key sessions) and digital modes
4. Trainers must have industry-specific mentoring capability
