1. Must have valid PRN issued by MoRD.
2. Registered as:
   1. Indian Trust/ Society/ Cooperative/ LLP/ Company/ Government Organization.
   2. NGO must be registered on NITI Aayog Darpan Portal.
3. Should be 3+ years old (except for Startups).
4. Preference for:
   1. Salaries above A&N minimum wages (₹722–₹848 per day).
   2. PIAs with ≥50% placement track record or successful completion of past DDU-GKY projects.
   3. Startups recognized by DPIIT.
   4. Projects for Persons with Disabilities (PWD).

1. Agencies with recovery proceedings or blacklisted.
2. Sister concerns of defaulting PIAs.
3. Directors linked to defaulting agencies (DIN to be validated).
4. No consortiums allowed.

1. Duration: 3–6 months (residential or non-residential).
2. Must complete training by 31 Dec 2025 and placement by 31 March 2026.
