📦 Objective
Empanel Co-operative Societies, Associations, NGOs, and Section-8 Companies from Andhra Pradesh & Telangana as suppliers of:
  1. Jute Bags
  2. Aluminium Coated Paper Bags
These products will be used for supply to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam.
✅ Eligibility Criteria (Essential Requirements)
  1. Registered under Societies Act, Section-8 (Companies Act), MSME, or Co-operative Bye-laws.
  2. Valid PAN and GSTIN.
  3. Minimum 1 year experience in producing/supplying jute or similar natural fiber products.
  4. Must have executed orders worth ₹6 Lakhs or more in a single transaction.
  5. Daily production capacity: minimum 2000 units/day.
  6. Storage capacity: minimum 20,000 units.
  7. Clean and compliant infrastructure for cutting, stitching, packing, etc.
  8. Minimum annual turnover: ₹40 Lakhs.
  9. Must submit:
    1. Details of products supplied in last 1 year
    2. Details of machinery and production capacity
    3. List of associate members (for co-ops/NGOs)
📋 Key Conditions
  1. JCI will purchase from L1 supplier via tender.
  2. Price agreement signed with selected supplier.
  3. Delivery at Tirupati (as per JCI instruction).
  4. Supplier must submit daily production and stock status.
  5. JCI reserves the right for inspection and verification.
  6. Non-compliance can lead to termination of empanelment.
