🎯 Objective
To improve access to quality, structured coaching for underprivileged students (children of registered construction workers) across Assam, targeting selection in competitive exams.
🧩 Eligibility Criteria for Coaching Institutions
  1. Legal Entity: Registered under Indian Partnership Act, Societies Act, or Companies Act.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in coaching for Banking/SSC/ADRE.
  3. Enrolment: Min. 2000 students per year for the last 3 years.
  4. Infrastructure:
    1. Residential facilities
    2. Canteen
    3. Library with 150-seat capacity
  5. Presence: HQ must be in Assam with 5–6 coaching locations across districts like Jorhat, Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, etc.
  6. Turnover: Min. ₹75 lakh in the last 3 years.
  7. Govt Work Orders: At least 5 govt clients with cumulative work order value of ₹50 lakh+
  8. Non-Blacklist Clause: Must not be blacklisted or terminated by any Govt/PSU agency.
📚 Responsibilities of Selected Institutions
  1. Conduct 10-month coaching program
  2. Medium: Assamese and English
  3. Engage full-time/part-time qualified faculty
  4. Ensure 90% attendance from students
  5. Use latest coaching methodologies
  6. Maintain performance tracking and regular reporting
