Scope of Work
The empaneled Training Partners will:
- Conduct skill development training programs across villages, talukas, and districts in Gujarat, aligned with approved budget plans.

- Upgrade craft designs biannually to align with market trends.
- Provide one-year post-training handholding support to ensure continued employment or self-employment.
- Comply with branding guidelines and submit utilization certificates certified by a Chartered Accountant.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
- Agencies must be registered in Gujarat (e.g., under Societies/Public Trust Registration Act, Academic Institutions, Cooperative Societies, NGOs, Reputed Training Institutions, Companies, CSR organizations, or Government/Semi-Government Institutions).

Financial Criteria
- Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of INR 25 lakhs over the last 5 financial years, with at least 50% from training activities.
