📌 Scope of Work
- Implementation of DDU-GKY 2.0 projects for training and placement of 4278 rural youth, including 1000 captive employment candidates, across Madhya Pradesh.
- Projects must follow DDU-GKY 2.0 Guidelines, SOPs, Captive Employer Guidelines, and other MoRD instructions.
- Priority to SC/ST belts, aspirational & tribal districts, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized categories.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Must meet DDU-GKY 2.0 Guidelines (Chapter 7).
- Captive Employers must follow MoRD Notification 18/2020.
- Only agencies with a fresh PRN (Permanent Registration Number) from MoRD are eligible.

Note: Captive Employers are exempted from the qualitative appraisal fee as per SOP 1.14.
🗂️ Submission Guidelines
- Mode: Online submission via https://kaushal.rural.gov.in
- Deadline: 30th August 2025
- Incomplete or late submissions will be summarily rejected.
- Only residential training is allowed in MP under DDU-GKY 2.0.
- Course duration must be minimum 3 months (576 hours) to maximum 12 months (2304 hours).
- No clubbing of QPs; however, relevant NOS may be added to meet minimum training hours.
- Mandatory inclusion of soft skills, English, IT & life skills modules.
🏗️ Program Structure
- Training must be NSQF aligned, certified by NCVET/SSC.
- Focus on placement via wage, self-employment, or gig work, with a minimum of 6 months employment.
- All training must be completed by 31st December 2025.
- Placements to be completed by 31st March 2026.
