Tender Title: Residential Training Programme with JEE/NEET Coaching for 100 Students (SC/ST/OBC/NT) under Super 50
📌 Scope of Work
- To conduct residential coaching and academic training for 100 students (50 per year) from SC/ST/OBC/NT categories of 11th and 12th Science stream.
- Duration: 2 years (Academic session 2025–26 and 2026–27).
- Training includes:
- Preparation for JEE/NEET competitive exams
- Support for 11th and 12th Science Board syllabus (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths, English, Marathi)
- Personality development, career counselling, time management, mental well-being, and physical fitness.
- Agency will be responsible for:
- Residential facility (boarding, lodging)
- Faculty (qualified teachers for Science and NEET/JEE)
- Study materials, test series, and digital learning tools
- Food, hygiene, uniforms, and safety for students
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in JEE/NEET coaching
- Minimum 2 government/comparable projects executed successfully
- Infrastructure:
- Must provide own or rented residential and academic facility in Nashik district
- Facilities should be equipped for boys and girls separately
- Faculty:
- Subject-wise qualified & experienced faculty for NEET/JEE and board curriculum
- Certification & Registration:
- Registered under relevant government act/authority
- Valid PAN, GST, and other necessary registrations
💵 Financial Criteria
- Minimum Annual Turnover: ₹50 Lakhs (each of last 3 years)
- Audited balance sheets and ITRs for FY 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24
- Agency should not have been blacklisted by any government authority

- QCBS (Quality and Cost-Based Selection) method
- Technical Evaluation: 70%
- Financial Evaluation: 30%
- Only bidders scoring minimum 70 marks in technical evaluation will be eligible for financial bid opening
