Training Provider Qualification Criteria

1. The Training Partner must have an active training center.
2. The Training Provider must employ qualified and experienced trainers who meet the minimum qualification and experience parameters specified by the respective Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) for their respective QPs. All trainers must have passed the Training of Trainers (ToT) program, and a certificate along with a Trainers ID (TRID) must be produced.
3. The training center must be equipped with all necessary facilities and equipment as per SSC norms.
4. The training provider is responsible for candidate mobilization and must ensure that all candidates have a valid Aadhaar card with proof of residence in Assam for registration in the ASDM MIS portal.
5. The center must have a biometric attendance system, an IP-enabled CCTV camera, and high-speed broadband internet.
6. Training providers are not allowed to subcontract the training or operate training centers through a franchisee arrangement.

1. Organic Grower: ₹3,97,500.00, which includes a total cost of ₹3,90,000.00 and an MIS Portal charge of ₹7,500.00 for 25 candidates.
2. Vermicompost Producer: ₹2,77,500.00, which includes a total cost of ₹2,70,000.00 and an MIS Portal charge of ₹7,500.00 for 25 candidates.
3. The total training cost for both job roles is ₹6,75,000.00.

1. Tender Processing Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹500/- must be submitted online.
2. EMD/Bid Security:
   1. An EMD of ₹13,500/- is required for private institutions and those in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode, to be submitted online.
   2. Government ITIs, Polytechnics, and other Government training institutions are exempt from the EMD submission.
   3. The EMD for unsuccessful applicants will be refunded after the award of the contract.
3. Performance Security:
   1. Selected private bidders must submit a Performance Security in the form of a Demand Draft for a value of 10% of the awarded contract within 14 days from the date of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
   2. Government institutions are exempt from this requirement.
