The training will be provided for the following job roles in the Hojai district:

1. Tourism & Hospitality Sector: Guest Service Associate (Front Office)
2. Retail Sector: Retail Sales Executive

1. Eligible Bidders: NCVT/SCVT affiliated Govt. ITIs, Polytechnics, Govt. Training Institutions, Govt. Schools/Colleges, as well as private training providers (Pvt. Company/Limited Company/Firms/NGO/Society/Trust/LLP) are eligible to apply.
2. Trainers: Trainers must be qualified and experienced, with qualifications and experience as specified by the respective Sector Skill Councils. They must have a "Training of Trainers" (ToT) program certificate and a Trainers ID (TRID) from the Skill India portal.
3. Training Center: The training center must be active in the Hojai district and adhere to SSC norms, including having all necessary equipment and facilities. Photographic evidence of the center must be submitted. An inspection will be conducted prior to empanelment. The center must also have a biometric attendance system, IP-enabled CCTV cameras, and high-speed broadband internet.
4. Candidates: Candidates must have a valid Aadhaar card with proof of residence in Assam. The list of enrolled candidates must be certified by the district's Employment Officer.

1. Tender Processing Fee: ₹500 (non-refundable) to be submitted online.
2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):
   1. Private Institutions & PPPs: ₹20,100, to be submitted online. This will be refunded after the contract is awarded.
   2. Government Institutions: EMD is Nil for Govt. ITIs, Polytechnics, Training Institutions, Schools, and Colleges.
3. Performance Security: Selected bidders must submit a Performance Security in the form of a Demand Draft worth 10% of the awarded contract value. This must be submitted within 14 days of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Government institutions are exempt from this.

1. Online Submission: The Technical Bid, along with the Pre-Qualification Criteria, Eligibility criteria, Tender document fees, and EMD, must be submitted online on the e-procurement portal, https://assamtenders.gov.in.
2. Hard Copy Submission: Hard copies of the Power of Attorney and a Non-Blacklisting document on non-judicial e-stamp paper must be submitted to the office of the Mission Director, ASDM, before the submission deadline.
3. Documentation: All formats provided must be filled out, signed, and submitted, or the bid will be summarily rejected.
