| Tender Description | The RFP is for the "Empanelment of Training Providers with Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM)" to provide Short Term Skill Training (STT) in NSQF-aligned job roles under the Placement Linked Skill Development Training Program (PLSDTP) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The training will be provided for two job roles in the Dima Hasao district: Beekeeper in the Agriculture sector (25 candidates) and Tour Guide in the Tourism & Hospitality sector (25 candidates). The Training Partner is responsible for candidate mobilization, training, assessment, certification, and post-certification tracking of successfully certified candidates. Subcontracting or franchising the training is not permitted for private Training Partners. The training center must be active in the district and adhere to Sector Skill Council (SSC) norms. |
| Pre-Qualification Criteria | Pro Qualification Criteria The tender is open to various entities, including NCVT/SCVT-affiliated government ITIs, Polytechnics, government training institutions, schools, colleges, or private companies, firms, NGOs, societies, trusts, or LLPs. The selected bidder must have trainers who are qualified and experienced and have mandatorily passed the "Training of Trainers (ToT)" program. The training center must be as per SSC norms and contain all necessary equipment and facilities. An inspection of the center will be carried out prior to empanelment.
Financial Criteria
The total training cost is ₹7,91,550. The rate per hour per candidate is ₹33.4 for both job roles. There is also a mandatory MIS Portal charge of ₹300 per candidate. A penalty clause states that if the Training Partner does not commence work within 15 days of the release of targets, the target and the Performance Security will be forfeited.
