Empanelment of Training Providers (TPs) to conduct Short Term Skill Training (STT) under NSQF-aligned job roles. The training must be:
- Delivered by qualified trainers (ToT certified).
- Aligned with SSC norms.
- Conducted in properly equipped centers within Kamrup Metro.
- Biometric and CCTV-monitored.
- Linked to post-training employment or self-employment through bank loans or departmental schemes.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
For Private Entities (NGOs, Trusts, LLPs, Pvt. Ltd., etc.):
- Legal Entity: Registered under relevant Act (Company/Trust/NGO/Society/LLP etc.).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in skill training & placement.
- Office Presence: Must have registered/branch office in Assam.
- Blacklist Declaration: Not blacklisted/disqualified by any agency.
- Financials:
- Average turnover ≥ ₹27,30,000 in FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24.
- Positive net worth.
- Placement Linkages: LOIs from employers with contact details.
- Mandatory Documents:
- Registration Certificate
- Power of Attorney
- EMD & Tender Fee receipt
- Affidavit of non-blacklisting
- Mobilization & Placement Strategy
- List of centers (with infrastructure)
- Work orders & completion certificates
Note: Govt. ITIs, Polytechnics, Colleges are exempt from financial and EMD conditions.
