Pre-Qualification Criteria
RFP – PLSDTP Bongaigaon (EOI No. 44)
To empanel qualified Training Providers (TPs) for delivering NSQF-aligned Short Term Skill Training (STT) under the Placement Linked Skill Development Training Programme (PLSDTP) in Bongaigaon District, Assam.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
📌 For Private/Non-Government Organizations
  1. Legal Status: Entity must be a registered company/LLP/NGO/trust/society.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years in skill development/placement-linked training.
  3. Assam Presence: Must have a registered/branch office in Assam.
  4. Blacklist Status: Should not be blacklisted or under debarment.
  5. Financial Criteria:
    1. Average turnover: ₹27.30 Lakhs during FY 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24.
    2. Positive net worth in the most recent financial year.
  6. Placement Assurance: Must submit MoUs/LOIs from employers.
📌 For Government Institutions (e.g. Govt. ITIs, Polytechnics)
  1. Exempted from turnover and EMD requirements.

📝 Additional Notes 
  1. Training must begin within 15 days of batch allocation.
  2. Aadhaar-based trainee registration with Assam domicile mandatory.
  3. Mandatory use of biometric attendance and CCTV monitoring.
  4. No subletting/franchise training delivery allowed.
  5. Payment and invoices as per ASDM formats only
