 PLSDTP Kamrup Rural (EOI No. 46)

Empanelment of eligible Training Providers (TPs) to conduct NSQF-compliant Short Term Skill Training (STT) under the Placement Linked Skill Development Training Programme (PLSDTP) in Kamrup Rural district, Assam.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Training Providers
📌 For Private Entities (NGO/Trust/LLP/Company/Society etc.)
  1. Legal Status: Proper registration under relevant act.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years in implementing skilling projects with documented completion and placement proof.
  3. Presence: Registered/Branch office in Assam is mandatory.
  4. Blacklist Declaration: Not blacklisted by any government authority.
  5. Financial Criteria:
    1. Turnover: Avg. of ₹19.5 Lakhs (FY 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24).
    2. Positive Net Worth in the last financial year.
  6. Placement Proof: MoUs or LOIs from employers with contact details.
📌 For Government Institutions (e.g., ITIs, Polytechnics):
  1. Exempted from EMD and financial turnover conditions.

📝 Other Key Conditions
  1. Training must start within 15 days of work order.
  2. Aadhaar with Assam residence proof is mandatory for trainees.
  3. Mandatory biometric attendance, CCTV monitoring, and MIS reporting.
  4. No subletting or franchise delivery allowed.
  5. Delay in starting or invoicing may attract rejection.
