Eligibility Criteria for Training Providers
๐ For Private/Non-Govt. Organizations
- Legal Status: Entity should be registered as a company/LLP/trust/NGO/society.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in skill development (especially in STT/placement-linked models).
- Local Presence: Must have a registered or branch office in Assam.
- Blacklist Status: Must not be blacklisted by any government department.
- Financial Requirement:
- Average Turnover: โน19.5 Lakhs during FY 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24.
- Positive Net Worth in the most recent FY.
- Placement Linkages: MoUs/LOIs from recruiters (with contact details).
๐ For Government Training Institutions (ITIs, Polytechnics etc.)
- Exempted from financial turnover and EMD conditions.

- Payment strictly as per ASDM invoice and UC formats.
