PLSDTP Dhemaji (EOI No. 44)

Empanelment of competent and experienced Training Providers (TPs) to implement NSQF-compliant Short Term Skill Training (STT) under the Placement Linked Skill Development Training Programme (PLSDTP) in Dhemaji District, Assam.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

📌 For Private Entities (NGO/Trust/LLP/Company/Society etc.)

Legal Registration under relevant Acts.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in skill training or employment-linked training programs.
Local Presence: Registered or branch office in Assam.
Not Blacklisted by any government agency.
Financial Requirements:
1. Average Annual Turnover: ₹15 Lakhs over last 3 FYs (2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24).
2. Positive Net Worth in the most recent FY.
Placement Tie-ups: Submit MoUs or LOIs from employers.

📌 For Government Training Institutes (e.g., ITIs, Polytechnics):

Exempt from EMD and turnover criteria.
