PLSDTP Hailakandi (EOI No. 42)

Empanelment of experienced Training Providers for conducting NSQF-compliant Short Term Skill Training (STT) under the Placement Linked Skill Development Training Programme (PLSDTP) in Hailakandi District, Assam.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

📌 For Private Entities (Companies, Societies, NGOs, Trusts, LLPs etc.)

Registration: Valid legal registration under respective act.
Experience: At least 3 years in skill development training (Govt/STT schemes).
Presence in Assam: Must have branch or registered office in Assam.
No Blacklisting: Should not be blacklisted by any government agency.
Financial Eligibility:
1. Average Turnover: ₹15 Lakhs during FY 2021–22 to 2023–24.
2. Positive Net Worth in the latest FY.
Placement Linkages: MoUs/LOIs with recruiters must be submitted.

📌 For Government Training Institutes (e.g., ITIs, Polytechnics)

Exempted from both EMD and financial turnover requirements.
