✅ Eligibility Criteria
📌 For Private Entities (Companies, Societies, NGOs, Trusts, LLPs etc.)
  1. Registration: Valid legal registration under respective act.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years in skill development training (Govt/STT schemes).
  3. Presence in Assam: Must have branch or registered office in Assam.
  4. No Blacklisting: Should not be blacklisted by any government agency.
  5. Financial Eligibility:
    1. Average Turnover: ₹15 Lakhs during FY 2021–22 to 2023–24.
    2. Positive Net Worth in the latest FY.
  6. Placement Linkages: MoUs/LOIs with recruiters must be submitted.
📌 For Government Training Institutes (e.g., ITIs, Polytechnics)
  • Exempted from both EMD and financial turnover requirements.
