- Team Leader (1) – BSc Agri/PG with 5 yrs exp.
- Training cum IGA Specialist (1) – Degree + 5 yrs in SHGs/IGA
- Data Entry Operator (1) – Degree + 2 yrs + Kannada & English typing

- Technical Qual: 3G(i–ix)
- Financial Quote: Only service charge (%) in portal

Additional Conditions
- All documents submitted to be verifiable (audited and submitted to regulators)
- Preference given to agencies from Karnataka with fluency in Kannada
- NGO must deploy mobile-app ready staff and work with Web/DPR tools
- Blacklisting history or poor past performance = disqualification
