- Emergency transport
- Continuous performance monitoring and fortnightly reporting
💼 Tender Value & Financial Details
- Tender Amount: ₹2,40,00,000 (for 300 candidates)
- EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): ₹3,60,000 (via e-procurement)
- Performance Security: 5% of contract value (via DD or Bank Guarantee)
- Course Fee Quotation: Should include all costs (food, lodging, training, materials, insurance, etc.)
- Important Pricing Note: Bids quoting below 85% of the total tender value will be disqualified

- Must submit biometric attendance and geo-tagged photos as proof of delivery
- QCBS Evaluation: Technical (70%), Financial (30%)
- Contract duration: 6 months (with flexibility to vary trainees by ±25%)

🚨 Penalties & Compliance
