Appointment of service providers to deliver 60-day residential training to 300 Scheduled Caste candidates for Karnataka State Police Constable recruitment. The training includes:
- Physical fitness and academic preparation (minimum 480 hours)
- Boarding and lodging (nutrition-compliant)
- Training kits and study materials
- Uniforms (as per IGCCD branding)
- Insurance and medical support
- Emergency transport and security
- Regular progress reporting
💼 Financial Details
- Estimated Tender Value: ₹2,40,00,000 (₹80,000 per candidate)
- EMD: ₹3,60,000 (via e-Procurement portal)
- Performance Security: 5% of contract value (by DD or Bank Guarantee within 15 days)
- Payment Terms:
- 40%: After 15 days of training
- 30%: After 45 days
- 30%: After full 60-day completion + final assessment by IGCCD
Important: Bids quoting less than 85% of the tender value will be rejected.

🚨 General Conditions & Penalty
- No subcontracting allowed
- Penalty of ₹1,000 per day for resource delays
- Health and accident liability rests with training agency
- Attendance to be reported monthly via biometric
- Disputes fall under jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts
