To conduct 60-day residential training for 300 Scheduled Caste candidates aspiring to join as Karnataka State Police Constables. The training must include:
- Physical endurance and academic preparation (minimum 480 hours)
- Uniform kits and study materials
- Separate accommodation for boys and girls
- Hygienic food and RO drinking water
- Health insurance, medical support, 24x7 security
- Emergency transportation facility
- Regular progress reporting to IGCCD
💼 Financial Details
- Estimated Tender Value: ₹2,40,00,000
- Per Candidate Budget: ₹80,000
- EMD: ₹3,60,000 (via e-Procurement portal)
- Performance Security: 5% of contract value (via DD or Bank Guarantee, valid for training duration)
- Cost Inclusions: Training, boarding/lodging, uniform (PT shoes, socks, trousers, T-shirts), insurance, books, study materials

- Include training plan presentation, placement strategy, and project implementation proposal
🎯 Per Candidate Facilities

💰 Payment Terms
- 40% after 15 days of training
- 30% after 45 days
- 30% after 60 days & IGCCD assessment
→ Payment based on biometric attendance, geo-tagged photos & inspection report
⚠️ General & Legal Conditions
- No subcontracting
- Penalty: ₹1,000/day for non-deployment of resources
- Jurisdiction: Courts in Bengaluru
- Bid Validity: 30 days from opening of financial bid
- Contract Duration: 6 months from work order; extension permissible
