  3. Preferences:
    1. Captive employment offering wages above Gujarat minimum wages
    2. 70%+ placement target
    3. Mobilization from aspirational districts of Gujarat
  4. Minimum Wage Compliance: Placement wages must meet Gujarat state minimum wage norms.
  5. Quality Appraisal Fee:
    1. ₹50,000 + GST (Gujarat-based PIAs)
    2. ₹1,25,000 + GST (Outside Gujarat PIAs)
      (Applicable only to agencies qualifying Initial Screening)
  6. Bank Guarantee: Equivalent to the first batch cost, payable at MoU signing.
