Scope of Work
  1. Operate identified ITIs or deliver specific CTS trades.
  2. Comply with NCVT standards for curriculum, training hours, and assessment.
  3. Ensure placement support to trained candidates.
  4. Maintain infrastructure, tools, and equipment; augment where needed.
  5. Submit regular monitoring and MIS reports.
Contract Period
  1. 3 years initially, extendable based on performance and mutual agreement.
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Entity Type: Registered Company, Trust, Society, Education Institution, or Industry Association.
  2. Experience:
    1. Min. 3 years in skill development training.
    2. Proven record of running NCVT/NSQF-aligned training programs.
  3. Financial:
    1. Min. annual turnover ₹1 crore in any of the last 3 FYs.
    2. Positive net worth.
  4. Compliance: Not blacklisted by any Govt. department.
  5. Technical Capacity:
    1. Qualified trainers per NCVT norms.
    2. Adequate infrastructure for selected trades.
Selection Methodology
  1. QCBS Method: 70% Technical + 30% Financial.
  2. Technical Evaluation Criteria:
    1. Past experience & projects implemented.
    2. Infrastructure & readiness.
    3. Qualified trainers.
    4. Training & placement methodology.
Fees & Security
  1. Tender Document Fee: ₹5,000 (non-refundable).
  2. EMD: ₹1,00,000.
  3. Performance Security: 5% of total contract value.
