Empanelled TPs will be responsible for:

1. Training Delivery – Conduct skill development programs under various State/Central schemes (e.g., PMKVY, DDU-GKY, state flagship programs).
2. Mobilization & Counseling – Identify and counsel eligible beneficiaries.
3. Infrastructure & Equipment – Provide adequate training space, equipment, and learning materials as per SSC norms.
4. Trainers – Engage qualified trainers with ToT/ToA certification as per job role.
5. Placement Support – Ensure post-training placement/linkages and maintain records.
6. Compliance & Reporting – Follow MIS reporting norms, conduct assessments in coordination with SSCs, and comply with all scheme guidelines.

1. Entity Type: Company/LLP/Partnership/Society/Trust registered in India.
2. Operational Experience: Min. 3 years in skill development training.
3. Relevant Work: Minimum 2 Govt./PSU skill development projects completed in last 3 years.
4. Accreditation: Affiliation with relevant SSC(s) for proposed job roles.
5. Infrastructure: Training centre(s) meeting NSQF & scheme requirements.
6. Trainer Pool: Minimum 2 certified trainers per job role.
7. No JV/Consortium allowed.

1. PAN, GST registration.
2. No blacklisting/debarment (self-declaration).
3. Compliance with all statutory norms (EPF, ESI, Labour Laws).
4. Financially solvent; no record of bankruptcy.

1. Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of ₹50 lakh in last 3 FYs (preferably from skill training activities).
2. Tender Fee: ₹5,000 (non-refundable, via DD).
3. EMD: ₹1,00,000 (refundable, via DD).
4. Performance Security: To be submitted at work order stage (amount as per scheme norms).

   3. Proof of turnover (CA certified).

   8. Self-declarations for eligibility.
3. Evaluation: Technical evaluation based on organizational experience, trainer profile, infrastructure, placement record, and compliance documents.
