Scope of Work

1. Provide basic self-defence training for 7,835 women in Bharuch district.
2. Training duration: 15 days per batch.
3. Beneficiaries: Women aged 14 years and above from schools, colleges, hostels, orphanages, slum areas, backward and remote regions.
4. Each batch: 50 women, daily sessions over 15 days.
5. Conduct sessions at locations designated by the Superintendent of Police, Bharuch.
6. Mandatory: Female trainer present in every batch, photography (25 photos/day), and videography of sessions.
7. Documentation: Attendance, certificates, school consent, video/photo evidence to be submitted.
8. Trainers must be Black Belt or Brown Belt certified by a National Martial Arts Association and physically fit.
9. No separate payment for transportation, meals, or additional expenses.

1. Agency registered as Company/Trust/Society or other authorized body with valid registration under applicable Acts.
2. Must have valid recognition from Gujarat State Olympic Association / Sports Authority of Gujarat / recognized State Association.
3. Trainers:
   1. National Martial Arts Association certified Black/Brown Belt.
   2. State/National level competition experience preferred.
   3. Max age 40 years, minimum 5 years coaching experience, 12th pass or higher qualification.
   4. No criminal record (police verification mandatory).
4. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar self-defence training programs.
5. Must not be a defaulter in any financial institution.

1. PAN, TAN, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax registration.
2. Udyam registration with mention of sports activities.
3. Clean financial and legal history with self-declaration (after 01.07.2025).

1. Minimum turnover: ₹10 lakh in any one of the last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).
2. CA-certified turnover proof and audited financial statements for last 3 years.
3. Tender Fee: ₹1,500 (non-refundable, via DD).
4. EMD: ₹45,000 (refundable, via DD).
5. Security Deposit: ₹75,000 as Fixed Deposit (by successful bidder, refundable).

1. Tender form with all documents to be submitted physically via registered post / courier / in person to the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Bharuch.
2. Super-scribe envelope with “Mahila Swaraksan Ni Talim” (Women Self Defence Training).
3. Separate cover for pre-qualification documents.
4. Submit service tax number or declaration of obtaining it before work starts.
5. No sub-contracting allowed.
