   1. Ananthapuram (641), Sri Satya Sai (349), Kurnool (252), Nandyal (341).
2. Duration: 2 months (20 sessions, each 90 minutes).
3. Training by private martial arts academies/institutions.
4. Modules: Karate, Judo, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, Jiu-Jitsu basics, Wrestling drills, Weapon defense, etc.
5. Certificates for students post completion.
6. Online monitoring & certification by DEO/APD.
7. Repository of best practice videos, top performers, and opportunities for higher-level competitions.

1. Entity Type – Company/LLP/Trust/Society registered under applicable Indian laws (no consortiums). Must be in existence for at least 3 years (as of 31.03.2024).
2. Legal Compliance – GST registration and PAN mandatory.
3. Financial Strength – Average turnover of ₹20 lakhs in FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25.
4. Experience – Should have conducted similar training/workshops in Govt. schools within the last 3 years.
5. Manpower – Minimum 50 qualified martial arts trainers available.
6. Blacklisting – Self-declaration of not being blacklisted by Govt./PSU.
7. Authorized Signatory – Power of Attorney or Board Resolution mandatory.

1. Turnover: Minimum average ₹20 lakhs (3 years).
2. Tender Fee (Processing Fee): ₹25,000/- (non-refundable).
3. EMD: ₹2,37,450/- (via Bank Guarantee/Online).
4. Payment Terms:
   1. ₹10,000 per school → trainers (after certification).
   2. ₹1,000 per school → management fee (post certification).
5. Penalty: 0.5% per week of delay (max 5% of contract value).

2. Scoring (100 Marks):
   1. Experience (years) → 20 marks.
   2. Financial turnover → 20 marks.
   3. Schools covered previously → 30 marks.
   4. No. of certified trainers → 25 marks.
   5. Trainers’ individual experience → 5 marks.
3. Award Distribution:
   1. H1: 45% of schools.
   2. H2: 30% of schools.
   3. H3: 25% of schools.
4. Maximum allocation: 2 zones per bidder.
