? Scope of Work
Training Partners will:
- Provide skill development training, mentoring, mobilization, counseling, and handholding support for tribal gatherers of MFP (Minor Forest Produce).
- Develop curriculum & modules (in Gujarati) covering entrepreneurship, marketing, packaging, costing, branding, financial literacy, and market exposure.
- Conduct training batches (20 trainees per batch, 4 days duration).
- Ensure sustainable income generation through value addition, certification (FSSAI, GMP), and market linkages (including e-commerce).
- Procure toolkits/raw materials in coordination with the Forest Department.
- Submit reports, maintain attendance/photographic evidence, and ensure post-training livelihood outcomes.
? Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a registered legal entity in India (Trust Act / Societies Act / NGO / Institution) with minimum 5 years existence.
- Valid PAN, GST, and Udyog Aadhaar.
- Turnover requirement:
- Minimum average of ?50 Lakhs in last 3 financial years (2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25).
- Audited accounts and CA certificate required.
- Experience:
- Skill training/capacity building projects for at least 1500 tribal beneficiaries over last 3 years.
- At least 5 training programs conducted annually.
- Must have technical manpower/experts in DPR preparation, capacity building, pre/post-harvest training, and market linkage.
- Should not be blacklisted/debarred by any government agency.
- Submission of audit reports & ITR for last 3 years.
? Financial Criteria
- EOI Processing Fee: ?5,000/- (Non-refundable, via Demand Draft in favor of Assistant Conservator of Forest, Sub Division Bharuch).
- Performance Security Deposit: 5% of Agreement Value (refundable after successful completion).
- Estimated Training Cost:
- ~?15,00,000 per cluster.
- Total 6 clusters (~?90,00,000).
- ~300 candidates (20 trainees per batch × 4 days).
? Payment Terms
- 25% after mobilization & batch formation.
- 25% after completion of training.
- 25% after 3 months of handholding.
- 25% after submission of final reports & successful completion.
