1. Service Required: Vocational Training Services – FPV Assembly & Flying Course (Aerospace & Aviation sector).
2. Mode: Offline training at a third-party location.
3. Duration: 16 days (approx. 14 days per training batch).

1. 2 years of experience in similar vocational training services required.
2. Must have successfully completed:

   2. 2 services costing ≥50% of estimated cost; OR
   3. 1 service costing ≥80% of estimated cost.

1. Startups (DPIIT registered): Exempt from experience requirement.
2. MSMEs: No exemption from experience & turnover, but purchase preference available.
