1. Scope of Work
- Provide 06 months Tailoring Training to 60 candidates under CSR initiative.
- Set up training centres in villages (space may be provided by CCL on payment basis).
- Mobilization, identification, and selection of beneficiaries in coordination with CCL CSR Nodal Officer.
- Training in batches of max 20 candidates.
- Provide basic training kits (Bag, Notepad, Pen, Tailoring Kit).
- Training as per Qualification Pack AMH/Q1947 (Self Employed Tailor), Version 4.0 – AMH SSC.
- Conduct Third Party Assessment through NSDC/NCVET accredited agency.

2. Pro-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

- Must have valid CSR-1 registration with MCA.
- Must have MoU/Agreement with NSDC/NCVET accredited assessment agency (signed before bid publication date).
- Must hold ISO 9001:2015 QMS Certification in Skill Development/Vocational Training (issued by IAF accredited agency before bid date).
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar projects (Tailoring/Readymade garment/related).
- Must provide Non-blacklisting declaration on Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
- Must upload Self-declaration (Annexure-I), E-Mandate (Annexure-II), Non-Blacklisting Declaration (Annexure-III).
- Authorization from OEM/Brand of Sewing Machine:
- Authorization to supply,
- 3-year on-site/carry-in warranty,
- Local service centre in Ramgarh,

3. Financial Criteria
- Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): 3% of contract value (valid 12 months + 3 months beyond contract period).

- 100% payment after successful completion of each batch within 21 days of invoice (prorata: beneficiaries x contract value ÷ 60).
- Penalty: 10% of contract value if project not completed in stipulated period (unless prior extension approved).
