📌 Scope of Work
  1. As per Annexure-C (Special Terms & Conditions).
  2. Broadly covers designing and delivering vocational skill development training programs for Scheduled Caste youth in Uttar Pradesh under the PM-AJAY scheme, ensuring employability and placement.
📌 Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
  1. Only CEL empaneled vendors can participate.
  2. Vendors must comply with requirements in Annexure-C (Eligibility Criteria & STC).
  3. Must submit:
    1. Vendor Data Form (Annexure D)
    2. Tender Acceptance Letter (Annexure E)
    3. No Deviation Certificate (Annexure B-1B)
    4. Udyam Registration Certificate (if MSME, to avail benefits)
📌 Financial Criteria
  1. Tender Fee: Not specified (free download available).
  2. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): Rs. NIL (MSEs exempted, but must submit Bid Security Declaration & Udyam certificate).
  3. Security Deposit / PBG: As per Annexure-C, Performance Bank Guarantee required (format in Annexure G).
  4. Payment Terms: Quarterly, based on satisfactory performance reports approved by CEL Engineer-in-Charge
