1. Implementation of Short-Term Training (STT) and Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) for Spa Therapist under the Mukhya Mantri Dakshata Unnayan Prakalpa (MMDUP) scheme.
2. Training location: West Tripura, targeting 60 unemployed women (age 18-35).
3. Training duration: 390 hours (330 hours technical training + 60 hours entrepreneurship training).
4. Focus areas:
   1. Skill development as per Sector Skill Council norms.
   2. Digital literacy, entrepreneurship, financial literacy.
   3. Post-training enterprise creation and market linkage.
   4. Support to include infrastructure, trainers, training content, assessment, and placement/entrepreneurship.

1. NSDC Registration: Valid registration required.
2. Legal Status: Registered as Company, LLP, Trust, Society, etc.
3. Experience:
   1. Minimum 3 years in skill ecosystem.
   2. At least 5 completed EDP/livelihood projects with proof.
   3. Certified trainers with 2+ years’ experience.
4. Collaboration:
   1. Letters of collaboration from ITI, Polytechnic, Govt. institutes, SOFED, EDI, etc.
   2. Local market linkage strategies and institutions.
5. Training Infrastructure: Fully equipped as per SSC norms.
6. Trainer Certification: Valid ToT certifications and entrepreneurship certifications.
7. Compliance: PAN, GST, EPFO, ESIC, audit reports for last 3 years.
8. Training Plan: Detailed session plans aligned with NOS and NSQF.
9. EDP Plan: Tailored entrepreneurship training with formal collaboration.

1. Training cost: ₹42 per hour per candidate.
2. Refreshment: ₹100/day (non-residential).
3. Residential Charges: ₹375/day (residential).
4. Conveyance: ₹2000 (non-residential) or ₹500 (residential), post-assessment.
5. No payment for dropout candidates.
6. Payments will be made in 3 tranches based on milestones:
   1. 20% at batch commencement.
   2. 20% after successful certification.
   3. 60% based on placement/self-employment (minimum 75% success required).

1. EMD (Refundable): ₹42,238.
2. Tender Fee (Non-refundable): ₹1,500.
3. Both payable electronically through the portal.
4. EMD refunded after award of contract and performance bank guarantee submission.
5. No interest on EMD; possible forfeiture in case of misrepresentation or non-performance.
