- Implementation of Short-Term Training (STT) under Mukhya Mantri Dakshata Unnyayan Prokolpa (MMDUP).
- Job role: Automotive Customer Relationship Manager.
- Training Duration:
• Total: 570 hours
• Training: 450 hours
• On-the-Job Training (OJT): 120 hours
- Location: Across Tripura for 35 unemployed youth.

📜 Pre-Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
1. Legal Status:
- • Must be a legally registered entity (Company, LLP, Firm, Society, Trust, Proprietorship, Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies).
2. Experience:
- • Minimum 3 years in skill development, especially in government/PSU/CSR/self-funded projects.
- • Supporting documents like Work Orders, MoUs, and Completion Certificates required.
3. LoI Requirements:
- • From companies registered under MCA/MSME for at least 3 years.
- • Must be profit-making in past 3 years.
- • Commitment to retain candidates for at least 1 year.
4. Infrastructure:
- • Training centers must meet NSDC norms and be located in Tripura.
- • Ownership/lease documents and geo-tag photos required.
5. Trainers:
- • Certified ToT trainers from SSCs for relevant job roles.
6. Statutory Compliance:
- • PAN, GST, ESIC, EPFO (if applicable), income tax returns, and audit reports required.
7. Training Plan:
- • Detailed day-wise and week-wise plans aligned to NOS.
- • OJT framework with job roles, duration, and locations included.
8. Additional Documents:
- • Registration certificates, placement records, accreditation, resumes, etc.

💰 Financial Criteria
- Training cost: ₹42/hour per candidate.
- Refreshments (Non-residential): ₹100/day per candidate.
- Residential charges: ₹375/day per candidate.
- Conveyance: ₹2000 (non-residential) or ₹500 (residential) for candidates who pass assessment.
- Assessment cost: Up to ₹1200 per candidate (NSQF aligned); ₹1000 for others.
- Tranche payments:
• 1st tranche – 20% at batch commencement.
• 2nd tranche – 20% after certification.
• 3rd tranche – 60% post placement (≥75% of certified candidates).
💸 Tender Fee & EMD
- Tender Fee (non-refundable): ₹1,500
- EMD (refundable): ₹25,731
• Payment via e-procurement portal.
• EMD forfeited in case of false claims or failure to start work.
• No interest on EMD.
