1. Implementation of Short-Term Training (STT) under Mukhya Mantri Dakshata Unnyayan Prokolpa (MMDUP).
2. Job role: Automotive Customer Relationship Manager.
3. Training Duration:
   • Total: 570 hours
   • Training: 450 hours
   • On-the-Job Training (OJT): 120 hours
4. Location: Across Tripura for 35 unemployed youth.
5. Training aligned with NSDC norms, National Occupational Standards (NOS), and guidelines under PMKVY.
6. Orientation, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, assessments, branding, monitoring, and placement obligations included.

1. Legal Status:

1. • Must be a legally registered entity (Company, LLP, Firm, Society, Trust, Proprietorship, Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies).

2. Experience:

1. • Minimum 3 years in skill development, especially in government/PSU/CSR/self-funded projects.
2. • Supporting documents like Work Orders, MoUs, and Completion Certificates required.

3. LoI Requirements:

1. • From companies registered under MCA/MSME for at least 3 years.
2. • Must be profit-making in past 3 years.
3. • Commitment to retain candidates for at least 1 year.

4. Infrastructure:

1. • Training centers must meet NSDC norms and be located in Tripura.
2. • Ownership/lease documents and geo-tag photos required.

5. Trainers:

1. • Certified ToT trainers from SSCs for relevant job roles.

6. Statutory Compliance:

1. • PAN, GST, ESIC, EPFO (if applicable), income tax returns, and audit reports required.

7. Training Plan:

1. • Detailed day-wise and week-wise plans aligned to NOS.
2. • OJT framework with job roles, duration, and locations included.

8. Additional Documents:

1. • Registration certificates, placement records, accreditation, resumes, etc.

1. • Minimum qualifying score: 60 out of 100.

1. Training cost: ₹42/hour per candidate.
2. Refreshments (Non-residential): ₹100/day per candidate.
3. Residential charges: ₹375/day per candidate.
4. Conveyance: ₹2000 (non-residential) or ₹500 (residential) for candidates who pass assessment.
5. Assessment cost: Up to ₹1200 per candidate (NSQF aligned); ₹1000 for others.
6. Tranche payments:
   • 1st tranche – 20% at batch commencement.
   • 2nd tranche – 20% after certification.
   • 3rd tranche – 60% post placement (≥75% of certified candidates).

1. Tender Fee (non-refundable): ₹1,500
2. EMD (refundable): ₹25,731
   • Payment via e-procurement portal.
   • EMD forfeited in case of false claims or failure to start work.
   • No interest on EMD.

1. Upload documents only on Tripura e-Procurement Portal
2. Digital Signature Certificate (Class 3) required.
3. PDF format (100 dpi) for documents.
4. Annexures: PAF, job roles, compliance declarations, cover letter, affidavit, etc.
5. Any deviation from the prescribed format leads to disqualification.
6. False documents will result in blacklisting and EMD forfeiture.

1. Corrupt and fraudulent practices lead to blacklisting.
2. The assignment period is 3–6 months from the signing date.
3. Disputes will be subject to courts in Agartala only.
4. Training must meet strict attendance and assessment requirements.
5. Placement documentation must be verifiable and authentic.
