🧭 1. Scope of Work 
Empanelled partners will design, deliver, and manage finishing school programs in government colleges. Key responsibilities include: 
    - Training      Program Design & Curriculum Development aligned with market      demand.
 
    - Infrastructure      Setup in allotted colleges (CCE provides space, partner sets up      lab/equipment).
 
    - Candidate      Mobilization & Counselling (IEC material, interest assessment,      registration).
 
    - Offline      Training Delivery (Minimum 240 hrs – Maximum 540 hrs; domain + IT +      soft skills).
 
    - Corporate      Certification (Self/Joint with Govt/Global certification).
 
    - Placement      Support: 70% of trained candidates must receive job offers (captive or      external).
 
    - Tracking      & Reporting: Post-placement tracking for one year.
 
    - Monitoring      & Evaluation: Regular progress reports, audits, and review      meetings.
 
 
Target for first year: 10,000 students.

⚖️ 7. Evaluation & Empanelment Process 
    - Screening      Committee – Checks completeness and eligibility.
 
    - Evaluation      Committee – Reviews technical proposal and presentation (100 marks).
 
    - Executive      Committee – Final approval and category allocation (A/B/C).
 
    - Letter      of Acceptance (LOA) – Issued within 15 days post-approval.
 
    - Agreement      Signing – Within 15 days of LOA acceptance.
 
    - Agreement      Validity: 2 years + 1 year (extendable).
