🟩 2. Scope of Work
The EOI invites eligible and experienced Training Providers / Training Centres to conduct skill development programs for various job roles under National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) in Sukma District.

🟩 5. Eligibility Criteria
A. Organization Eligibility
  1. Must be a registered Training Partner/Training Centre under NSDC/State Skill Development Mission or any SSC.
  2. Should possess valid PAN, GST, and incorporation certificate.
  3. Must not be blacklisted by any Government/Agency (Affidavit required).
  4. Should have prior experience in skill development training under government schemes such as PMKVY, DDU-GKY, or State Livelihood Missions.

C. Technical Criteria

  4. Must have functional training infrastructure in the proposed district or nearby location.

  2. PAN, GST, and incorporation certificates
  3. Past experience certificates (PMKVY/DDU-GKY/SRLM or equivalent)
  4. Trainer details with TOT certification
  5. CA-certified turnover and financial statements (last 3 years)
  6. Industry tie-up MoUs for OJT/placement
  7. Declaration of non-blacklisting
  8. Training centre photographs and details
  9. Work orders/certificates of prior training projects
  10. Presentation (PPT) highlighting capability, experience, and achievements

  3. All documents must be self-attested and arranged as per checklist.
  4. Incomplete or late submissions will be summarily rejected.
  5. The District Committee’s decision will be final and binding.
