Purpose: Empanelment of eligible Agencies/NGOs/Societies for implementing Training, Capacity Building, Farmer Awareness & Community Mobilization Programs in Uttar Pradesh.
📌 Scope of Work
Empanelled agencies will be responsible for:
- Designing & upgrading training content (audio/video/print in local language)
- Mobilizing farmers & conducting 1-day grassroots-level training programs (5–6 hours/day)
- Providing training kits, venue, equipment, and refreshments
- Deploying trainers, experts, & field coordinators
- Maintaining MIS, geo-tagged photos, attendance & reporting
- Submitting reports, feedback and training documentation
- Ensuring on-ground coordination with district/block authorities

Manpower Requirements
- Social Sector Expert – PG + 5 years’ experience (2 years in capacity building)
- IT Expert – PGDCA/equivalent
- Minimum 20 Trainers – Graduate/PG + 3 years’ training experience
📌 Desirable Criteria (Additional Marks)
- Experience in Uttar Pradesh
- Experience in multiple states
- Experience in community-based training projects
📌 Technical Evaluation – 100 Marks (Minimum 70 to qualify)
