✅ SCOPE OF WORK (Role of Selected Training Partner)
Training agencies will be responsible for:
✔ Conducting Technical Design Development Workshops in artisan clusters or industry premises
✔ Training on:
  1. Latest design trends
  2. Technology & tools
  3. Quality standards
  4. Market-driven product development
    ✔ Deployment of certified Subject Matter Experts / Designers / Craft Trainers
    ✔ Skill upgradation in NSQF-approved job roles (craft-wise list in Annexure-1)
    ✔ Coordination with industry, artisan groups, cluster organisations & HCSSC
    ✔ Maintenance of training documentation, attendance, reports & photographs
    ✔ Submission of post-training reports to HCSSC

Preferred (especially LWE, Hilly & Aspirational Districts)
HCSSC Affiliation
