Scope of Work
The selected Vocational Training Partners (VTPs) will implement Vocational Education under NSQF in Government Secondary & Higher Secondary Schools across Maharashtra for Classes IX–XII.
Key Activities Include:
  1. Deployment of Vocational Trainers (VTs):
    1. Full-time contractual trainers as per PSSCIVE Bhopal curriculum norms.
    2. Ensure timely joining and payment of VTs; maintain PF, ESIC compliance.
    3. Maintain a pool of trainers for 2-year course cycles.
  2. Training Delivery:
    1. Deliver NSQF-aligned curricula (PSSCIVE approved).
    2. Conduct hands-on training, 8 guest lectures, and 1 industry visit per class annually.
    3. Submit quarterly reports and organize placement and motivational sessions.
  3. Industry Interface:
    1. Organize internships, industry exposure visits, and maintain annual reports.
  4. Monitoring & Reporting:
    1. Maintain MIS/web-portal for tracking schools, trainers, guest lectures, and placements.
  5. Project Duration:
    1. Two Academic Years: 2025–26 and 2026–27
  6. Payment Terms:
    1. Reimbursement basis, post-verification of VT remuneration and program expenses.
    2. 15% administrative cost allowed over trainer honorarium.

Qualifying Score: Minimum 75 marks to be technically responsive.
Penalties & Liquidated Damages
  1. Delay in VT salary payment:
    1. 0.5% per day (up to 15 days)
    2. 1% per day (beyond 15 days, max 100%)
  2. Failure to conduct guest lectures/industry visits: ₹500 per instance.
  3. Possible blacklisting for repeated default or fraudulent conduct.
Contract & Legal Terms
  1. Duration: 2 academic years (extendable as per scheme).
  2. Performance Guarantee: 5% of order value.
  3. Jurisdiction: Mumbai courts only.
  4. Arbitration: Samagra Shiksha Maharashtra-appointed arbitrator.
  5. Force Majeure Clause: Applicable.
